1. How do I reserve a room?

3. Are there any special rates or discounts?

Our hotel complex uses the flat rate system which means that the room charges remain the same regardless whether it is a high or low season.

Discount rates at the New Star Hotel:

- Group rate – starting from 10 rooms (room charge may be discounted by 5% and up depending on the type of the room);

- Loyal guest – over 7 visits (room charge may be discounted by 10% and up);

- Long stay – over 11 nights (room charge is discounted by 10%);

- Christmas discount (terms and amount are specified by the administration of the hotel annually on December 15th)

- Weekend discount – the room charge can be discounted by up to 30% at administration discretion for the guests staying over the weekend.

4. How long does it take to receive a response to my reservation?

For any of the above mentioned reservation options your reservation request form will be processed by our manager within an hour. You will get the confirmation of the booking by e-mail or fax specified in your reservation request form.

5. How do I cancel a reservation?

To cancel a reservation the legal entity should send an official cancellation using a letter-head of the company, signed by the director of the company and include a contact phone number (e-mail).

9. Is there an exchange office in the hotel?

In the lobby of the hotel complex next to the “Chinese” restaurant there is an ATM of the Russian Central Bank with the foreign currency exchange function.

10. Are there nonsmoking rooms at the hotel?

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms in the hotel according to fire safety rules. Smoking is allowed in sanitary units of rooms, as well as in special allocated public areas marked with appropriate signs.

11. Is your hotel pet-friendly?

Unfortunately we do not practice lodging pets, although all rules may have exceptions. This issue is subject to prior agreement with the administration of the hotel.

12. What are the conditions for children’s stay?

Accommodating children:

-under 7 y.o – free of charge

-from 8 to 14 y.o. – at the charge of extra bed – 1,500 rubles

Catering: children’s menu for babies, children’s menu.

13. Where is the hotel located?

The hotel is located in the central part of the city next to Gorky central park, 900 meters from kilometer zero.

14. How do I get to/from the airport or railway station?

а) a) You can use the “transfer” service. To do so please leave your request on the website or by the phone: +7/342/220 68 01.

b) b) To get from “Bolshoe Savino” airport take bus № 42 or fixed-run taxi to “Avtovokzal” bus stop. Then take a trolleybus № 2 for “Komsomolsky Prospect” bus stop and walk one block forward.

с) To get from a railway station “Perm 2” take trolleybus № 7 to the “Kinoteatr ‘Oktyabr’” bus stop. Then cross the road and walk one block along Krasnov St. up to the crossroads of Krasnov St. and Gazety “Zvezda” St.

15. What is the payment method?

16. What is the checkout time?

The checkout time is 12:00 am (local time)

17. Is breakfast included into the room rate?

Breakfast (buffet) is included in the room rate and is served at the “European” restaurant (2nd floor).

18. Do you assist with the registration of international guests?

International guests arriving at the hotel must be registered at the Federal Migration Service of Perm Territory within three workdays. The international guest should provide the hotel receptionist with copies of all pages of his/her passport and the migration card, obtained on the Russian border. Note of registration is made by the responsible executive of the hotel.

19. Does the hotel render visa support?

We do offer visa support service for foreigners who book our hotel. Rate is 800.00 roubles. To get visa support service you are welcome to address our reservation team on the phone +7/342/220 68 08 or to send a request to email Voucher for visa will be sent to email you indicate in request, you can pay for service at arrival.

20. Is there an Internet access?

Both cable and wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet access is provided at the hotel.

21. Does the hotel have a parking area?

The security parking area (with load capacity of 15 cars including off-road vehicles and 2 full sized busses) operates round the clock and is situated on the right of the central entrance to the hotel.

22. Are there any special offers for the newly married couples?

After the reception is held at our hotel the newly married couple is offered a room discounted by 50%.

Design and decoration of the room is performed individually.

23. Is reservation a chargeable service?

No charge is made at the time of reservation.

24. Is it possible to have a П arrangement of desks in the conference room?

Yes, it is possible. The maximum number of people for this arrangement is 30.

25. Where can conference attendees leave overcoats?

There is a special area in the conference hall with hat trees. If your event is aimed at a small number of people it will be rather convenient to leave coats in the conference room. We can also offer the cloakroom service located on the 1st floor of the hotel. Please note that this is a chargeable service (150 rubles per hour).

26. How far are WC facilities from the conference room?

The WC is located on the 3rd floor as well as the conference room. There is also a smoking room on the same floor.

27. Is the conference room equipped with the internet access?

Our guests may use wired or wireless Internet upon their wish. Wired internet shall be paid for after the event. For the wireless Internet our guests will have to purchase an access card at the Reception desk.

28. Is it possible to allocate banner ad in the conference room?

For this special purpose we have two railings at our conference room:

Large railing:

wide – 289 cm.

high – 223 cm.

Small railing:

wide – 120 cm.

high – 223 cm.

29. What is the conference room area?

Length: 24,48 m.

Width: 6 m.

Area: 130 m.

30. Is it possible to use the catering service during the event?

It is possible but the hotel does not provide any tableware. We can offer our 8 liter kettle (200 rubles per event)
